INSPECTION COMPLETION & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE NOTICE
We are pleased to inform you that both the annual in-unit fire sprinkler inspections and the construction defect inspections have been successfully completed.
All inspections went smoothly, and no further construction defect testing is scheduled to take place until January 2026.
We sincerely thank all residents for their cooperation, flexibility, and understanding throughout these required processes.
Your preparedness and support helped ensure all work was completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and inspection requirements.
Additional Updates:
• The 4th floor hallway wall will be temporarily closed with drywall as part of follow-up construction efforts.
• Please be advised that Fenton Grant (F&G) has begun contacting select unit owners regarding potential destructive testing within individual units. These outreach efforts are being conducted directly by their team, so we kindly ask residents to remain attentive to any communications they may receive.
If you have questions regarding construction defect matters, please contact savina@fentongrant.com or call 949-435-3800 or 800-238-0625.
We appreciate your continued cooperation and partnership.

2025 ELECTION BALLOTS
Residents, it is election time!
Your electronic ballots have been sent to your inboxes, and paper ballots were mailed to those who requested them.
Please take a moment to complete and submit your ballot promptly.
Your participation is essential to reach quorum as without it, a costly additional meeting will be required. While voting is always optional, we must receive your signed ballot to finalize the election.
For questions or assistance, please contact the General Manager, Alma Galindo, at agalindo@actionlife.com
GARAGE CLEARANCE NOTICE
We would like to kindly remind all owners, residents, guests, and contractors of the importance of adhering to the posted 7-foot garage clearance signs.
Proper attention to these clearance requirements helps prevent damage to the building’s infrastructure, ensures safety for everyone, and avoids unnecessary disruptions.
Recently, there have been two separate incidents in which vendors struck the overhead sprinklers in the garage.
In one of these cases, a sprinkler was knocked down, which triggered the building’s fire alarm system, requiring immediate staff response.
These incidents highlight how quickly damage can occur when clearance guidelines are not followed.
Please be aware that unit owners are ultimately financially responsible for both the repairs to any damaged equipment and the staff time needed to address these situations.
By ensuring that all vehicles, guests, and contractors respect the 7-foot clearance, we can prevent accidents, avoid costly repairs, and maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this important safety matter.
FOB AND GARAGE DECAL REFRESHER
As a refresher for all residents, we would like to provide important information regarding garage decals, new fobs, and phone fobs, especially for our many new neighbors at Savina.
All new fobs and phone fobs are $50.00, while the garage decals are $75.00. The only accepted form of payment is check, and accounts can only be charged if the resident is an owner.
For tenants requesting a new item, we must first receive approval from the unit owner before issuing a replacement.
It is also important to note regarding phone fobs: if you get a new phone and/or delete the app, a new fob must be purchased.
This policy is enforced by the fob company, as the codes are encrypted and cannot be reprogrammed once deleted.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation in ensuring proper access management for the safety and convenience of all residents.
