We appreciate your cooperation in helping us meet required safety mandates.

GENERAL MANAGER AS OF MONDAY, DECEMBER 15

Many of you had the opportunity to meet our new General Manager, Alma Galindo, during the recent meet-and-greet, at last night’s holiday party, or in passing. Alma will officially be on-site full time starting Monday, December 15. Her regular office hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You can reach Alma at agalindo@actionlife.com.

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to outgoing manager, Jabbear Swinton, for his dedication and contributions to Savina, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

2025 ELECTION BALLOTS

Residents, it is election time!

Your electronic ballots have been sent to your inboxes, and paper ballots will be arriving soon for those who requested them.

Please take a moment to complete and submit your ballot promptly.

Your participation is essential to reach quorum as without it, a costly additional meeting will be required. While voting is always optional, we must receive your signed ballot to finalize the election.

For questions or assistance, please contact the General Manager, Alma Galindo, at agalindo@actionlife.com

GARAGE CLEARANCE NOTICE

We would like to kindly remind all owners, residents, guests, and contractors of the importance of adhering to the posted 7-foot garage clearance signs.

Proper attention to these clearance requirements helps prevent damage to the building’s infrastructure, ensures safety for everyone, and avoids unnecessary disruptions.

Within the past seven days, there have been two separate incidents in which vendors struck the overhead sprinklers in the garage.

In one of these cases, a sprinkler was knocked down, which triggered the building’s fire alarm system, requiring immediate staff response.

These incidents highlight how quickly damage can occur when clearance guidelines are not followed.

Please be aware that unit owners are ultimately financially responsible for both the repairs to any damaged equipment and the staff time needed to address these situations.

By ensuring that all vehicles, guests, and contractors respect the 7-foot clearance, we can prevent accidents, avoid costly repairs, and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this important safety matter.

🎄 HOLIDAY TREE DISPOSAL REMINDER 🎄

Tis the season—please review the following notice so you’re aware and prepared in advance for our scheduled Christmas tree disposal event

📅 Collection Date: January 6th, 2026
Please place your natural Christmas tree in the designated drop-off area by 6:00 AM on the scheduled collection day.
The drop-off area is located in the loading zone on the provided plastic tarp.

🌲 Preparation Requirements 🎄:
To ensure proper disposal, all trees must be completely free of the following items:

  • Lights
  • Ornaments
  • Tinsel
  • Tree stands
  • Plastic or bags

Please note:

  • Flocked, artificial, or plastic trees cannot be accepted.
  • Dumping or leaving Christmas trees in P1 is strictly prohibited. The trash service does not remove trees from P1, and doing so will result in a violation and fee issued to the responsible resident, as the building is fined for improper disposal.

This scheduled collection is provided to ensure convenient and compliant disposal for all residents—thank you for your cooperation!

FOB AND GARAGE DECAL REFRESHER

As a refresher for all residents, we would like to provide important information regarding garage decals, new fobs, and phone fobs, especially for our many new neighbors at Savina.

All new fobs and phone fobs are $50.00, while the garage decals are $75.00. The only accepted form of payment is check, and accounts can only be charged if the resident is an owner. For tenants requesting a new item, we must first receive approval from the unit owner before issuing a replacement.

It is also important to note regarding phone fobs: if you get a new phone and/or delete the app, a new fob must be purchased. This policy is enforced by the fob company, as the codes are encrypted and cannot be reprogrammed once deleted.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation in ensuring proper access management for the safety and convenience of all residents.

BALCONY SAFETY NOTICE

The Association’s construction experts have identified a potential issue with missing or unsupported fasteners on some balcony glass railings.

Residents are encouraged to inspect their balconies and, if any fasteners appear missing or loose, please email our Resident Services Coordinator, Jules Orozco at:

Jorozco@actionlife.com to report the needed repair and Jules will assist with scheduling your unit’s repairs with La Mesa Glass.

As a precaution, we also advise residents to avoid leaning on the balcony glass while further evaluations are underway.
