CRSSD- Music Festival- March 14th & 15th
The CRSSD Festival will be held at Waterfront Park on March 14 (12 PM–11 PM) and March 15 (12 PM–10 PM). The electronic music festival is expected to draw about 16,500 attendees daily and will include multiple stages, food vendors, and local businesses. Organizers are coordinating with city and public safety agencies to ensure safe operations, with security, restrooms, water stations, trash monitoring, and noise management in place.
Setup & Access Changes
Event setup will take place March 9–13, with breakdown continuing through March 17. During this period, the west side of Waterfront Park will have limited access, though the recreation area and playground will remain open until Friday evening and will reopen Monday morning.
Traffic & Parking Impacts
From March 9–17, portions of North Harbor Drive (Ash–Grape) will be used for event operations, including parking closures and a closure of one northbound lane (two lanes remain open). Ash Street between Pacific Highway and Harbor Drive will close March 14–15. Bike lanes on Harbor Drive and Pacific Coast Highway (Ash–Grape) and the northbound Harbor Drive bus stop will also be temporarily closed.
Sound Checks
Sound checks will take place Friday, March 13 (5:00–8:00 PM) and Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:00 AM–12:00 PM), with lower sound levels during the first hour. Residents and businesses in the Waterfront District should plan for increased activity and traffic during the festival weekend.

IMPROPER PARKING & TOWING: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Parking at Savina is structured for a smooth and predictable experience. Each stall is assigned to a specific residence. Guest parking is only allowed with an advance reservation via the Parkade app. To prevent issues, residents and guests must park only in their assigned spaces. Parking in the wrong stall is a violation and causes frustration and delays for others.
