GENERAL MANAGER UPDATE
We’d like to provide a warm and timely update regarding Jabbear’s remote work and upcoming transition.
As shared in his message to all residents, Jabbear is currently working remotely and is scheduled to return onsite to Savina on Monday, December 1, 2025.
He has also announced that his final day with Savina will be Friday, December 12, 2025, following six years of dedicated service to our community.
The Board and Action are actively moving forward with the search process for his successor and will share additional updates as they become available. In the meantime, Jabbear remains fully engaged and committed to supporting Savina throughout this transition.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding during this period of change and thank you for your continued support of our community.

This wonderful program helps bring joy to children and families in need throughout our local community.

A decorated donation bin has now been placed in the mail room for all toy donations to be dropped off!

SMOKING POLICY REFRESHER
As a friendly reminder, smoking—including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers—is strictly prohibited in all Association Property.
This includes all common areas, such as hallways, elevators, stairwells, the parking garage, and all residential amenities.
Residents may smoke only within the interior of their own units or on their exclusive-use balcony or deck areas, provided it is done in accordance with all applicable laws and does not create disturbances or odors affecting neighboring homes.
We kindly ask that residents be mindful and courteous to their neighbors when smoking on balconies or within their units, as smoke and odors can travel between homes and shared spaces.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping maintain a clean, healthy, and pleasant living environment for all residents at Savina.
For further details, please refer to Section 1.14 of the Savina Residential Handbook.
TRASH CHUTE PROCEDURE
We kindly remind all residents that if the trash chute on your floor is locked or temporarily out of order, please take your trash directly to the main trash room located on P1.
Trash should not be left in the trash room on your floor, as doing so can cause odors, attract pests, and impact the cleanliness and comfort of the community.
If you encounter any issues with the trash chute on your level, please notify the Front Desk at, 619-255-1204 so our team can address the matter promptly!
Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean, pleasant, and hygienic environment for all residents here at Savina.
PET REGISTRATION
To help us keep our community running smoothly and ensure we have accurate information for all residents and their pets, we would like to share a quick reminder regarding pet registration.
As outlined in the Savina Residential Handbook, all pets must be registered with the management office.
To ensure accurate records and maintain a safe and compliant community, we ask that all residents confirm their pets are properly registered.
If your pet is not yet registered, please contact Jules, Resident Service Coordinator, at the front desk or via email Jorozco@actionlife.com to obtain a pet registration form at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, if you welcome a new pet into your home at any time, please reach out to Jules to complete the required registration process prior to or upon your pet’s arrival.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us ensure that Savina remains a well-managed and pet-friendly community.
