SMOKING POLICY REFRESHER
As a friendly reminder, smoking—including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers—is strictly prohibited in all Association Property.
This includes all common areas, such as hallways, elevators, stairwells, the parking garage, and all residential amenities.
Residents may smoke only within the interior of their own units or on their exclusive-use balcony or deck areas, provided it is done in accordance with all applicable laws and does not create disturbances or odors affecting neighboring homes.
We kindly ask that residents be mindful and courteous to their neighbors when smoking on balconies or within their units, as smoke and odors can travel between homes and shared spaces.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping maintain a clean, healthy, and pleasant living environment for all residents at Savina.
For further details, please refer to Section 1.14 of the Savina Residential Handbook.
