THANK YOU – RENTAL CAP TOWN HALL MEETING RECORDING

Thank you to everyone who attended this week’s town hall meeting, whether in person or via Zoom. We appreciate your participation, thoughtful questions, and feedback. It was a productive discussion, and we appreciate everyone taking the time to share their perspectives on this important topic.

The Board will further discuss this topic during the September 9, 2026, meeting. We hope to see you there!

ANCHOR UTILITY – SIGN UP FOR E-STATEMENTS

Anchor Utility, the Association’s water submetering provider, will begin charging residents for paper statements. As of this writing, we have not yet been informed of the exact fee amount, but we expect it to be a few dollars per statement.

To avoid this fee, we encourage all owners to enroll in e-statements. To sign up, visit www.anchorutility.com, click “LOGINS” in the upper-right corner of the page, and select “RESIDENTS.” Then click “SIGN UP.” Please have your most recent statement available, as you will need the unique security code listed on the bill to complete the registration process.

If you need assistance, please contact Management at 619-255-1204.

GO PAPERLESS – SAVE MONEY AND HELP YOUR ASSOCIATION

Did you know you can receive your monthly assessment statement electronically instead of by mail?

By enrolling in eStatements through the homeowner portal, you will receive your assessment statement faster, have convenient access to your records anytime, and help reduce costs for the Association.

Currently, printing and mailing a paper statement costs the Association approximately $2.00 per statement, plus postage, while delivering the same statement electronically costs $0.50. As printing and mailing expenses continue to increase, every resident who switches to eStatements helps reduce unnecessary operating costs.

Signing up is quick and easy! Simply log into the homeowner portal and access the “Statements” section. From there, click “Manage eStatements”.

Need assistance? We are happy to help!

Stop by the Management Office during normal business hours, and Alma or Carlos will gladly walk you through the enrollment process and ensure your account is set up correctly. Thank you for helping Savina operate more efficiently while enjoying the convenience of electronic statements!

STAFF UPDATE- SIERRA THOMAS

We recently said farewell to Sierra as she wrapped up her time with Savina and prepared to begin an exciting new chapter outside of California. Sierra was a familiar and friendly presence at Savina for many years, serving your community in both the ACO and Front Desk roles. During her time with us, many residents came to know and appreciate her helpful attitude, warm personality, and dedication to providing excellent service.

Sierra was an important part of the Savina team, and her hard work, commitment, and positive impact on our residents and community will be greatly missed. We are grateful for all that Sierra contributed to Savina and wish her the very best as she begins this next adventure.

GIVE YOUR UNUSED BIKE A SECOND LIFE

If you have a bike that you no longer use or wish to keep, this is a great opportunity to help us clear out the bike room while supporting a meaningful cause.

We will be scheduling a bike donation pickup with the Veterans Thrift Store for Monday, August 31st. Your donation can help someone in need while creating more space for your neighbors and keeping the community bike rooms organized. Every bike donated has a positive impact!

If you are interested in donating, please contact Carlos Mayes at cmayes@actionlife.com.

BALCONY & TERRACE REMINDER

Please remember that tile, flooring, carpet, artificial turf, or other materials are not permitted on balconies or terrace areas. These materials can interfere with proper drainage and trap water against the surface, which can lead to water damage. Please keep balconies and terraces clear of these materials to allow water to drain properly.
