PERSONAL VENDORS & GARAGE ACCESS – A FRIENDLY REMINDER
We are happy to help make projects and services in your home go smoothly! To ensure garage access remains safe, secure, and convenient for everyone at Savina, we would like to share a few helpful reminders when arranging access for personal vendors (such as cleaners, contractors, etc.).
Parking Arrangements Are Required
Before your vendor arrives, please make sure they are assigned a parking space. This can be done by allowing them use of your assigned space or reserving a space in advance through Parkade. Please also give us a heads up! You can call, e-mail, or text us with your instructions so that we can expeditiously assist your vendor.
Front Desk Check‑In
Your vendor must call or check in with the Front Desk in advance before accessing the garage if we are providing them access. Idling in the garage can cause traffic backups onto the street, and delay access for commercial tenants, residents, or Savina staff.
Please No Tailgating
For everyone’s safety and security, vendors may not wait for another vehicle to exit and then tailgate into the garage. This bypasses the security measures in place and defeats the purpose of controlled access at Savina.
Speed and Lights
All drivers must maintain safe and proper speeds and observe a maximum speed of 5 miles per hour while driving in the Parking Garage. There may be blind spots present. It is recommended that headlights be turned on while driving in the parking garage for improved visibility and safety.
SOCIAL LOUNGE CLOSURE & MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 30TH–MAY 1ST)
We would like to inform all residents that IRX will be performing touch-up work on all wood surfaces in the social lounge on April 30 and May 1. As a result, the lounge will be unavailable for use on both days. Please also be advised that there will be a strong lacquer odor in and around the area during this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we complete these improvements.
PANDA FESTIVAL COMING TO SAN DIEGO THIS WEEKEND
Panda Fest is making its first-ever stop in San Diego at Waterfront Park this weekend, April 25–26! Please note that increased foot and vehicle traffic is expected during the event.
It is known as one of the largest Asian food festivals in the U.S.! Guests can explore 300+ Asian street food options, shop unique handcrafted goods, and enjoy live entertainment throughout the event. As a fun bonus, tickets include a custom panda pin and headband, making the experience even more memorable.
REQUEST FOR RESIDENT INSPECTION: BALCONY CONDITION CHECK
The Association’s construction experts have identified a potential issue with missing or unsupported fasteners on some balcony glass railings.
Residents are encouraged to inspect their balconies and, if any fasteners appear missing or loose, please email our General Manager, Alma Galindo at Agalindo@actionlife.com to report the needed repair and Alma will assist with scheduling your unit’s repairs with Barrier Glazing.
As a precaution, we also advise residents to avoid leaning on the balcony glass while further evaluations are underway.
PROPER USE OF P1 ELECTRONICS RECYCLING BIN
Please be reminded that the P1 electronics bin is designated specifically for the disposal of electronic waste only. It is not intended for regular household trash or general waste items.
Improper use of this bin can lead to contamination and may result in additional handling costs or service disruptions. We kindly ask all residents to dispose of their items responsibly and use the appropriate waste receptacles for non-electronic materials.
EXCITING UPGRADE COMING TO THE POOL/SPA DECK!
We are excited to let everyone know that a new fire pit will soon be installed on the pool/spa deck, replacing the current one that is cracked and worn. This upgrade will make the space more comfortable and enjoyable for relaxing or spending time with neighbors, friends, or family.
We look forward to everyone being able to gather around and enjoy the new setup once it is complete.
