SAVINA’S NEW RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR- JOSEPH BROOKS
We are excited to introduce Joseph Brooks as Savina’s new Resident Services Coordinator. While his official start date is July 7, you may spot him at the front desk before then as he assists the team and supports residents through the on-call department.
Joseph has been with Action Property Management since August 2025 and recently moved to San Diego after being born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Joseph brings a friendly, service-focused personality to the community, along with a unique background in music and hospitality. Outside of his roles at Action, he has worked in the music industry for the past seven years as an electronic artist manager.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys concerts, movies, traveling, and exploring San Diego’s food scene. He is also a big dog lover, with more than 10 years of experience dog sitting and a background in professional dog training. His favorite taco spot in San Diego so far is Waves Taco Club, but he is always looking for new restaurant recommendations!
Joseph looks forward to building relationships within the Savina community and helping residents enjoy all that Savina has to offer.
SAVINA 4th OF JULY BBQ PARTY
Mark your calendars for Savina’s 4th of July BBQ on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Social Lounge. Residents may bring up to two adults per unit, and children living in the household are welcome to attend. Be sure to RSVP by June 29th using the registration link provided on the event flyer.
COMMERCIAL LOT – NEW SIGNAGE STARTING TODAY
To ensure only authorized people access the commercial parking lot, we will be placing signage at the entrance while the commercial gate remains open. The signs will indicate that the lot is reserved for authorized use only and are intended to discourage unauthorized individuals from parking or loitering in the area. Thank you!
LOBBY SOFA & CARPET CLEANING NOTICE
Please be advised that PTC will be cleaning the lobby sofa and carpet on Wednesday, June 24th beginning at 5:00 a.m. During the cleaning process and while the sofa is drying, it will be unavailable for resident use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain our community amenities
POOL, SPA, AND BARBECUES – REMINDERS
The pool, spa, and barbecue areas are available for the use of residents and their guests during posted hours. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, and all use of these facilities is at your own risk. For the safety of all, children must be supervised at all times, and anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proper swim attire is required, and residents are asked to use towels when sitting on pool furniture to help maintain cleanliness.
To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, glass containers, smoking, pets, running, loud music, and any disruptive behavior are not permitted in the pool and spa areas. Each household is limited to a maximum of four guests at any given time, and all entry gates must remain closed and secured.
The barbecue stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be cleaned after each use. Glass containers are also prohibited in the barbecue area. If you have any questions, please reach out to Management.
BUILDING-WIDE CARPET CLEANING NOTICE
Carpet cleaning continues throughout the building, working from the top down. Crews will clean two floors at a time, with the exception of the final floors. Please exercise caution in freshly cleaned areas as surfaces may be damp. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this carpet cleaning project.
STAFF UPDATE
We would like to inform all residents that Benitza (who was on a leave of absence) and Vivian are no longer with Action Property Management. We appreciate their contributions to the community and wish them both the very best in their future endeavors.
We would like to recognize Vivian for her dedication and flexibility during her time with us. She originally joined the team working the overnight shift and later transitioned into a daytime role, helping to cover shifts and support our team for school, vacation, or sick requests. Her willingness to step in wherever needed and her positive attitude were greatly appreciated by both residents and staff.
Vivian is now moving on to pursue her passion for mental health and helping others through that field. We are grateful for her service to the community and wish her much success and fulfillment in this exciting new chapter.
FINAL BIKE RE-REGISTRATION
During our bicycle room audit, we identified approximately ten (10) bicycles with no known owner and an additional ten (10) that appear to belong to former residents. In some cases, these bicycles may have been given to current residents, and ownership information may not have been updated.
To assist with identification, management has placed notices on bicycles with unknown ownership. If you see a notice on your bicycle, please contact the management office as soon as possible to confirm ownership and update your registration information. Bicycles that remain unidentified after June 22nd will be removed in accordance with Savina storage policies. Thank you for your cooperation!
NOTICE REGARDING RESTROOM SUPPLIES AND TRASH DISPOSAL
We have noticed that restroom supplies, particularly paper towels, are being taken in excessive quantities, and household trash such as mail and food containers are being disposed of in restroom bins. Please use restroom supplies responsibly and dispose of household waste through a trash chute. Your assistance in this helps keep your facilities clean and well-stocked for all residents.
