The Savina Condominium Owners Association (“Association”) will convene a town hall meeting 6:00 p.m. on May 20, 2026, in the Savina Social Lounge, to discuss the Association’s pending construction defect claim against the developer of the project, Bosa Development California II, Inc. (“Developer”). If you are unable to attend in person, this town hall meeting can also be accessed via Zoom.

- Provide a status report regarding the current status of the construction defect claim;
- Provide a timeline of upcoming events in the claim; and

USE OF FRAGRANCES IN SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM
Residents are reminded to be mindful of the use of strongly scented products in shared amenities, including the sauna and steam room. Odors such as cologne, perfume, or other fragranced products can become intensified in enclosed spaces and may be disruptive to others.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all residents, we kindly request that fragranced products be used sparingly or avoided altogether prior to entering these areas. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant, shared experience for the entire community.
BACK LOBBY WIPE/TRASH STATION UPDATE
The wipe/trash holder located in the back lobby (near the railroad tracks) is scheduled to be removed by May 22. This decision is based on limited use, along with ongoing issues related to improper disposal of regular trash, which has led to unpleasant odors in the area. If you have concerns about its removal, please contact Carlos Mayes at cmayes@actionlife.com.
EV CHARGING STATIONS RESERVED FOR RESIDENT USE ONLY
Please be reminded that the community electric vehicle (EV) charging station is intended for resident use only. Residents who utilize the charging station are responsible for paying all associated electricity costs, and the system is designed to accept credit card payments. To ensure fair access for everyone, vehicles should only remain in the charging area for the time necessary to complete charging and should be moved promptly afterward.
Recently, there have been instances of unauthorized parking in these designated spaces, which limits availability for residents who need to charge their vehicles. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping these spaces accessible and used as intended.
BEFORE YOU RENOVATE: IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE
We understand homeowners often look forward to making improvements or upgrades to their units. However, because the community is currently in the Construction Defect (CD) claim process, it may best to wait before starting any modifications inside your unit.
Until the claim is resolved and the repair scope is finalized, any changes could be affected by future work. For example, if repairs are needed behind walls or in areas you have upgraded, those improvements might need to be removed or altered, potentially at your expense.
Pausing for now helps avoid unnecessary costs and ensures your upgrades won’t interfere with required repairs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
HELP IMPROVE BUILDING INTERNET RELIABILITY
Residents have continued to report inconsistent Google Fiber internet connectivity within the building. After speaking with a technician, we’ve been advised to document these issues more consistently so they can be escalated for further investigation. All residents experiencing problems are encouraged to email support@webpass.net each time an issue occurs. Submitting these reports will generate support tickets, helping the provider identify patterns, assess the scope of the problem, and work toward a more reliable long-term solution for the community.
REQUEST FOR RESIDENT INSPECTION: BALCONY CONDITION CHECK
The Association’s construction experts have identified a potential issue with missing or unsupported fasteners on some balcony glass railings.
Residents are encouraged to inspect their balconies and, if any fasteners appear missing or loose, please email our General Manager, Alma Galindo at Agalindo@actionlife.com to report the needed repair and Alma will assist with scheduling your unit’s repairs with Barrier Glazing.
As a precaution, we also advise residents to avoid leaning on the balcony glass while further evaluations are underway.
